Registration
Director Registration Form: Director submit this form once
Student Registration Form: Directors submit this form once for each student participant
Registration fee is $15 per student. Directors may select sixteen students in balanced voicing (SATB). If unbalanced quartets or want to bring more students, please contact Nicholas Shumate nshumate@lexrich5.org for approval.
Registration Deadline: Wednesday, December 14, 2022.
Paying for Region Choir
Prefer to pay by check? If you prefer, you may use this Google Doc to create an invoice. Copy the file to your own Google Drive and edit the information between << and >> and print. Send the printed invoice along with a check no later than the registration deadline. Late or incomplete registrations will not be accepted.
Refunds
Refunds will be given only if the entire event has to be canceled due to inclement weather that affects the site or for COVID reasons. Individual school cancelations will not be refunded. All attempts will be made to reschedule the event. Schools that cannot come due to weather will be encouraged to participate in another region if possible.
Dress Code
Rehearsals: School-appropriate attire
Performance: Schools should wear their performance attire or concert black. NO DENIM.
