3/24/2020 Update: Due to the Governor’s executive order closing schools through April 30, Solo and Ensemble Festival has been canceled. A refund request form is linked below.
In light of school district and state university cancellations and with the health of our students, directors, and their families in mind, the SCMEA Choral Division Executive Board has decided to cancel the SC Middle School and High School Choral Performance Assessments.
In addition, the SC Solo and Ensemble Festival has been
postponed until further notice canceled.
The fees for the SC Choral Division CPA can be held for next year’s event or a refund can be given. Requests must be made using the forms below. The form will let us know if you would like to roll your fee over to next year or if you would like a refund. Please fill this out as soon as possible.
Information about OPA will be posted as soon as possible.
We understand the burden that this places on our members and know that this decision was not made lightly. Please be safe and we will post more information as it becomes available.
